Nostrali Arnaldo s.r.l. was founded by Nostrali Arnaldo in
1967 in Montecchio Maggiore,
15 kms west of Vicenza. It started as a sole-proprietor firm and is still entirely
owned by the Nostrali family. In his new firm Arnaldo benefited from his previous
working experience as a turner. He had in fact worked in various leading firms located
in the North of Italy.
In its beginnings Nostrali s.r.l. manufactured turned components receiving its commissions
from other (mechanical) firms. At the end of the 70s it specialized in the production
of components for pneumatic machines, in particular safety valves and joints for
air compressors.
The first catalogue was printed in 1978. Involvement in hydraulics began in the
1980s with the design and production of plugs for industrial, agricultural, building
and road-construction machines.
In the 90s, due to a remarkable production growth, we opened a second factory in
Montecchio, where we started manufacturing components for steam-operated machines.
In 2003 we moved to new premises nearby Montebello Vicentino. Being larger and more
suitable to our purposes, the new premises have enabled us to unify the two production
units and to improve internal organisation and logistics.
Since 2003 Nostrali’s core business has further developed, addressing the food and
houselhod appliances industry. Our main customers are Italian industries and exporters,
who have promoted the NA logo all over the world. After the generational changeover,
whereby Arnaldo’s children have taken over the company management, and the expansion
of our distribution network, we have further developed our mission by specializing
in customised solutions to meet specific customer requirements. In order to better
achieve this aim we have created a design department with specialized engineers
and a specific software.
The focus on customised solutions is today our main strength and the feature which,
we believe, sets us apart from other companies in the same production field.
Our staff combines dynamism and technical innovation together with experience and
tradition, thanks to the active cooperation between our young and our older employees.
This gives our work the continuity necessary in order to maintain our commitment
and our quality standards without losing the ability to state-of-the-art in our
production so as to always meet our customers’ expectations.
